Getting started

What it does, how fast you go live, and whether you keep your number.

Yes. WithConnect answers live every hour of every day — after-hours, weekends, holidays, and when your team is already on another call. There's no voicemail fallback and no callback queue; the call is answered the moment it rings.

Quickly — there's no software to install in your office and no IT project. We configure your greeting, hours, FAQs, and escalation rules, run test calls, and most setups are live in about a day.

Yes. You can forward your current number to WithConnect, or port it to us — whichever you prefer. Either way callers keep dialing the number they already know. Number porting and carrier (A2P 10DLC) registration are handled as part of setup.

It answers live, opens with an AI disclosure and recording-consent request, answers questions from the information you approve, books appointments into your calendar, captures structured intake, and warm-transfers anything urgent to a real person. After the call you get an SMS and email summary with a full transcript.

English today. Our compliance guardrail that refuses to give legal advice runs in both English and Spanish, and we can support additional languages on request — talk to us about what your callers need.

Pricing & setup

Real numbers — monthly plans, the one-time setup fee, and contract terms.

Plans start at $199/mo, billed monthly with no long-term contract, plus a one-time setup from $499 ($999 for HIPAA medical and dental) that covers full done-for-you onboarding. There's no separate bill per location.

Yes — a one-time setup fee, charged once at go-live: $499 for legal and other non-PHI industries, $999 for HIPAA medical and dental. It covers number porting/forwarding, A2P 10DLC carrier registration, receptionist configuration, your vertical script tuning, integrations, compliance setup (including the BAA chain for medical/dental), and go-live test calls.

No. Plans are billed monthly and you can cancel — there's no multi-year lock-in. The only one-time charge is the setup fee at go-live.

No — that's the point. Monthly pricing is flat, without a separate bill for every location. Multi-site groups run on our Multi-location plan with one consolidated bill.

Each plan includes a generous monthly minute allowance that most practices and firms fit comfortably within. We'll recommend the right tier on your demo so you're not guessing.

Compliance & security

HIPAA, California CIPA consent, the no-advice guardrail, and how your data is protected.

For dental and medical, it's HIPAA-ready: those run under a signed BAA chain across every vendor that handles patient information, with encryption and access auditing. We sign a BAA with your practice — we don't claim a HIPAA "certification," because no such certification exists. Law firms and other non-PHI businesses don't involve protected health information, so they run under standard confidentiality controls (a Data Processing Agreement with minimal retention) instead.

Every call opens by disclosing it's an AI assistant and asking for recording consent, which we log — that's two-party consent, as California requires.

If a caller declines, the system can continue the call without recording it. Consent is captured and logged either way, so you have a clear record of what each caller agreed to.

Never. WithConnect captures information, books appointments, answers approved questions, and escalates anything urgent to a real person. For law firms this is a built-in unauthorized-practice-of-law guardrail; for medical and dental it never diagnoses or offers clinical advice. Advice and professional judgment always stay with your team.

Calls and transcripts are encrypted, access is auditable, and retention is kept minimal. For medical and dental, every vendor that touches patient information is covered by the signed BAA chain. For non-PHI industries, data is handled under a Data Processing Agreement.

Integrations

What WithConnect connects to today — and what's on the roadmap.

Calendar booking today, via Cal.com, so appointments land in your calendar in real time. For law firms, new-client intake writes back to Clio or MyCase. Medical and dental practice-management integration (via NexHealth) is on the roadmap.

Yes. It schedules appointments into your calendar (via Cal.com) while the caller is still on the line, so the slot is filled before they hang up.

For legal, yes — new-client intake writes back to Clio or MyCase so the matter is started before you pick it up. For medical and dental, practice-management write-back via NexHealth is on the roadmap; today it books into your calendar.

Calls & escalation

Urgent calls, transfers to your staff, spam, and what you get after every call.

WithConnect is built to err on the side of caution. Urgent matters are warm-transferred to a real person right away — it never tries to handle an emergency itself, and it never gives clinical or legal advice while it does so.

Yes. You set the rules for who gets which calls, and WithConnect warm-transfers urgent or high-priority callers to the right person. Everyone else is handled on the call, with a summary sent to your team afterward.

Anything outside the receptionist's lane — or any call you've flagged as urgent — warm-transfers to a real person. WithConnect is built to back up your team, not to trap callers in an automated loop.

Routine spam and robocalls are handled at the front of the call without ever interrupting your team, so your staff aren't pulled away from real callers. Genuine callers move straight into booking and intake.

A post-call summary by text and email, plus the full transcript on file. Nothing slips through — you see who called, what they needed, and what was booked or escalated.

Industries

Who it's built for, and how it's tuned to the way your business runs.

It's a horizontal AI receptionist tuned per industry. The flagship packs are legal, dental, and medical — with vertical-specific compliance and integrations. We also have packs for home services, real estate, veterinary, salons & spas, accounting & tax, auto repair, property management, and insurance. Some newer industries are now onboarding; the demo will tell you exactly where yours stands.

Yes. Each industry pack captures a structured record specific to that world — matter type and parties for legal, reason-for-visit and new-patient details for medical and dental, the service request for home services, and so on — the same way every time.

Yes. Multi-site groups run on our Multi-location plan with consolidated reporting and one bill — no separate per-location billing.
